Okay guys. I'm going to give a few of our resources.
The CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), or MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) that we are now using is the DRCS CAD. The link to the site is, https://dcrscad.com. Once you are registered, (preferably under an easily identifiable name) you will need to find an option to join/create an agency. Select join, and it will ask for an agency ID#. That ID is NSPD2014.
For a good map, there is a GTA 5 edition of googlemaps. http://www.gta-5-map.com If you register, you can use it for when you find things in story mode. I.e. Nuclear waste, Submarine parts, Letter scraps etc.

If you want access to our 10- Codes, You must have a gmail account. If you have one, send it to me or Paul. If you do NOT have one, CREATE one, and then send the email address to one of us, and we will add you into the google drive.
